Simien Mountains National Park

Your journey starts in the morning, where a friendly guide and driver will meet you at your hotel or the airport. Enjoy a scenic 100 km drive to Debark, the park's gateway, taking about 1.5 hours.
Once in Debark, register at the park office before heading deeper into the majestic landscape. A short drive of 22 km leads you to panoramic views of rugged terrain, home to unique plant and bird species, as well as sociable Gelada monkeys.
Travel up to Sankaber Camp at 3,250 meters, then trek for 2 hours to the magnificent Jinbar Waterfall. This picturesque spot is perfect for a relaxing picnic lunch.
