The best way to learn about traditional Oaxacan Cuisine is to experience it! Cooking class is an interactive cooking workshop run by a local family that offers a fun and exciting way to learn traditional Mexican cuisine while also enjoying drinks and sharing different tasks.
This class is hands-on and collaborative. You will prepare the dishes as a group, each person sharing responsibility for different steps in preparation of the 3 course meals that you will enjoy together with complementary mezcalitas.
