Visit a local winery on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. Begin with a welcome glass of wine on the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards. Continue with a guided tasting of four current-vintage Gambino wines, perfectly paired with a traditional Sicilian light lunch featuring a hard-boiled egg, Gambino extra virgin olive oil, vegetables preserved in oil, traditional Sicilian cheeses, cured meats, seasonal soup or cream soup, grilled sausage with roasted potatoes and spinach, and a mini Sicilian cannolo with ricotta for dessert.
