This tour allows you to discover one of the most authentic destinations in Oaxaca through a complete experience that combines nature, culture and adventure. Accompanied by a local guide, you’ll tour nature trails, visit the stunning Twin Rocks, explore a small hidden cave and descend to the Snaketail and Wedding Veil waterfalls, until you reach the famous Enchanted Lagoon, where you can relax and even swim if conditions allow.

The tour begins at 8:00 a.m. at your meeting point located at Calle Melchor Ocampo 1017, in downtown Oaxaca. Before you leave, you can enjoy coffee and fruit in a comfortable atmosphere as you prepare for the experience. Your team will be present to receive you and provide directions on the route.

Santiago Apoala
Discover one of Oaxaca’s most stunning natural destinations in Santiago Apoala, surrounded by mountains, waterfalls and unique landscapes.
Upon arrival, you will visit a natural viewpoint with panoramic views of the valley. Afterwards, you will start a guided walk accompanied by a local guide, who will share information about the history, culture and natural environment of the community.
During the tour you will know the Twin Rocks, rock formations with spectacular views, and you will have the opportunity to explore a small natural cave.
Later on, you will enjoy a traditional meal prepared by the local community, ideal to rest and know the authentic flavors of the region.
The experience continues to the Snaketail and Wedding Veil waterfalls, surrounded by nature. The tour culminates in the Enchanted Lagoon, where you can relax and, if conditions permit, swim in its waters.

At the end of the experience, you will start the return to the city of Oaxaca, with an approximate journey of 3 hours. The tour concludes with descent close to the Zocalo, in a central location ideal to continue exploring the city or return to your accommodation.
