You will receive detailed explanations about the products: the differences between Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (PDO), as well as *Saba*, *Affinato* (aged), and *Extravecchio* (extra-aged) varieties. Finally, they will taste the products on their own—sampled from a small spoon—and paired with various dishes: Parmigiano cheese, omelets, prune rolls (marinated in *Saba*, wrapped in *lardo*, and drizzled with PDO balsamic vinegar), and artisanal gelato, along with seasonal tastings such as strawberries or cherries.
