We will leave at approximately 8:10 PM from our selected hotels to head towards Bali Hai, where we will enjoy a delicious dinner and a live show.

Bali Hai Chile
We will have time to enjoy a fixed executive menu dinner, where we can choose one of four entry options, three main course options, and a dessert. It also includes a drink and coffee or tea.
The show will begin by taking a tour of the best of Chilean culture, with dances from the north like "La Tirana" and from the center like "Huasos", with a great display and typical costumes, by the folk ensemble "Voces de America. "
Then we will see a display of Polynesian dances with the ballet "Thiare", who will delight us with different dances from Easter Island and Tahiti, with their colorful costumes.
Finally, we can enjoy a small party with the stable orchestra of Bali Hai, who will make us dance with the most popular music of all time.

Entry: Colonial Panqueque: pancake stuffed with a typical combination of poultry, sweet corn and fresh cream, baked in gratin with soft touches of Parmesan cheese // Ceviche: white fish ceviche marinated with fine herbs, olive oil, peppers, bell peppers, chives and mango macerated in subtle lemon // Carpaccio de res: thin slices of beef fillet, marinated in olive oil, subtle lemon with gruyere cheese and capers
Bottom plate: Chilean Salmon: baked with soft herbs and in its own juice, accompanied by rustic potatoes and ciboulette sauce // Mechada with pure: beef cut with vegetable inlays, slowly baked in white wine, accompanied by spicy or cream puree // Milanesa de ave: breaded bird breast, accompanied by quinoa timbale and wok vegetables.
