ellyfish Lake, Mecherchar, Palau Jellyfish Lake is one of Palau’s most unique and famous natural attractions, located on Mecherchar Island in the Rock Islands Southern Lagoon. The lake is home to thousands of golden jellyfish that migrate across the lake daily following the sunlight. Visitors can swim and snorkel in the calm lake and experience being surrounded by golden jellyfish. Their stings are very mild and usually not felt by humans, making this a rare and unforgettable experience.
