Starting at Frohburgstrasse 1, by the edge of the old town, you'll open the Explorial app, enter the 6-digit game code that you received by text and Viator chat message, and head for the river. The tour is fully self-guided — no guide, no fixed start time, just your group and the city.
The Alte Holzbrücke is the star crossing: a covered wooden bridge over the Aare, rebuilt after Napoleon's troops burned its predecessor, and the perfect stage for the first riddles.
Among the Chorherrenhäuser, you'll study the dignified homes of the canons who shaped old Olten — facades with dates, crests, and clues in equal measure.
