We begin our experience starting from the Zocalo de Atlixco, heading for the town of Tochimilco. Along the way, the landscape changes between green fields and roads surrounded by nature, while the majestic Popocatépetl Volcano accompanies us in the distance.

We will enjoy a walk through Tochimilco, exploring its typical streets and places full of tradition, while discovering its local history and customs.

We will make our first stop, it will be in a traditional artisan bakery, here you can get to know the process of making bread through a brief explanation by the local bakers, in addition to enjoying the aroma of freshly baked bread and tasting some pieces, you can also take with you a unique gastronomic memory of this beautiful town.

We continue our tour to Cuilotepec, a small town surrounded by natural landscapes and fresh mountain air, ideal to disconnect from the noise of the city and take advantage to take panoramic photographs of the landscape.

We will stop at the Jagüey, a natural corner surrounded by greenery and nature, perfect to enjoy a moment of tranquility. From there you can appreciate a natural environment surrounded by forest, where you can enjoy unique panoramic views of the majestic Popocatépetl Volcano. During this experience you will have time for photographs, appreciate the beauty of the landscape and feel the thrill of being so close to the volcano, surrounded by the tranquility and grandeur of nature.

The next visit will be to a small local nursery, where you can learn how plants are grown and cared for.

We will enjoy a country breakfast prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors of the region. You can enjoy traditional dishes, artisan bread, pot coffee and local products that reflect the gastronomic essence, ideal for relaxing, sharing the experience with the group and savoring the local culinary richness, surrounded by a natural and welcoming atmosphere before embarking on the return. The experience continues with a visit to an artisan liquor store, where you will discover the local tradition in the making of fruit spirits. Here, the producers will offer a brief explanation about the preparation process, from the selection of the fruits to the fermentation and ripening time that results in unique and authentic flavors of the region.

We finish the experience by returning to Atlixco, where we will arrive at the same initial meeting point. Along the way, you can enjoy the last views of the mountainous landscape and the Popocatépetl Volcano, closing a tour full of nature, tradition and unforgettable moments.
