Driving over the most beautiful mountain road in Croatia, Majstorska cesta, we pass by the church of St. Francis dating from 1832. Also, we pass the locations where films about the Indian chief Winnetou were made. Continuing the ride, we can see windmills up close, after which we arrive at the viewpoint of the canyon of the river Zrmanja, then we return mostly on macadam. The whole ride is led by our guide who points out the beauties and curiosities of our region at every stop. Safari Velebit. Ce voyage en 4x4 vous propose une véritable ascension hors piste dans les montagnes du Velebit, agrémentée de quelques randonnées. Une aventure complète et inoubliable. La randonnée dure environ 35 minutes aller jusqu'à la grotte de Mamet, de faible difficulté, et 35 minutes retour. Le tout-terrain offre des terrains variés, des sentiers difficiles de l'arrière-pays aux paysages époustouflants, jusqu'à la célèbre route « Majstorska Cesta », datant du XVIIIe siècle. Nous visiterons également les lieux de tournage des films Winnetou, les impressionnantes formations rocheuses de « Tulove Grede », et la petite ville d'Obrovac, sur la rivière Zrmanja. Une expérience inoubliable, loin de l'agitation de la ville.

With occasional stops for a break and photography, you will have time to enjoy the view „where the mountain touches the sea“. Le Velebit, la plus longue chaîne de montagnes croate, regorge de diversité naturelle, de paysages karstiques uniques et d'histoire. Notre excursion quotidienne « Safari photo Velebit » en Land Rover Defender vous permet d'explorer une partie de notre montagne mythique. Nous visiterons sa partie sud où vous profiterez de sa nature sauvage, de ses formes karstiques et de magnifiques vues sur la mer Adriatique, l'archipel de Zadar d'un côté, et le parc national de Paklenica et le sommet du Sveto Brdo de l'autre. Nos guides expérimentés vous parleront de la nature, de l'histoire, de la culture et du mode de vie traditionnel de nos grands-parents. Nous nous dirigerons vers les contreforts de Tulove grede, une pittoresque falaise calcaire, ainsi que vers l'impressionnant canyon de Zrmanja. Après la visite, nous déjeunerons dans une ferme de montagne.
