Live an authentic experience in the heart of an ancient artisan cheese dairy in Vico Equense and discover up close the cheese-making tradition of the Lattari Mountains. You will be accompanied by Antonio, a young master cheesemaker and guardian of his family’s traditions, who will guide you through the artisan dairy workshop, sharing production processes, curiosities, and anecdotes linked to the Antico Caseificio.
