Enjoy a unique sensory experience in one of the world’s tallest wineries. During this 2-hour tour, you will enter the heart of the Andes to learn about a productive process that fuses the ancestral with the modern: from fermentation in rock cans and the use of Qvevris with 7000 years of history, to maturation in concrete eggs and wooden fudres.
Accompanied by experts, you will discover how the sun and granite soil bring exceptional mountain wines to life. The day culminates on the terrace of the Sales Room, with unsurpassed views of the Elqui Valley, where we will perform a guided tasting of three of the wines of height: VDA, Tococo and Capi.
