Palaca Besenghi degli Ughi
Izola's most beautiful building - although it looks slightly worse worn - is a Late Baroque palace beneath the Parish Church of St Maurus. The mansion was built between 1775 and 1781. It has beautiful stucco-adorned windows and porch, painted light blue. It is now a music school.
