This class is designed to be easy, accessible, and welcoming for all levels—including complete beginners. You’ll be guided step by step, so you can comfortably follow at your own pace.
In this session, you’ll experience a blend of gentle Qigong and Tai Chi movements, simple breathing, and guided meditation to help relax your body and calm your mind.
As you settle more deeply, you’ll be guided into an energy meditation where you can become more aware of subtle sensations in your body—often described as Sedona’s vortex energy.
