At Remember Algarve, we work with two powerful body-based methods: Body Remembers Trauma Therapy (BRTT®) and Trauma Release Breathwork (TRB®). Both approaches support the release of tension, stress, and unprocessed emotions that are stored in the body.
BRTT® focuses on the body’s natural discharge process. Through specific, gentle exercises, stored energy is given the opportunity to release, creating space for relaxation, calm, and recovery.
TRB® works with connected breathing, opening the door to deeper layers within yourself where tension and emotions can safely be released. Each session is unique — sometimes soft and calming, sometimes intens...
