With our swimming and hiking experience, you will have a great day, in the way the locals live their free time, in Cascais region. We will swim for around one hour in the beautiful Cascais bay, then the lunch stop will be with a great view of the sand dunes, followed by an amazing hike the Natural park.

Itinéraire
We bring you to Cascais nature. During the morning, you will have an open water swimming experience, follow by light lunch and a hiking in the nature in the afternoon. The swimming will be of around 1 hour and the distance will depend on your experience. You will be followed by a certified swimming coach. After lunching in Cresmina Dunes, we will go for a 2 hours hiking in Sintra Cascais Natural Park.
