You’ll arrive at the yoga pavilion and settle into a comfortable spot—most guests lie down on a mat with a blanket or pillow. Once everyone is relaxed, Michael “Noah Bodhi” will gently guide the group into Nidra Yoga, a form of guided meditation often called yogic sleep.
The session begins with simple breath awareness to help you unwind, followed by a slow, immersive 20-minute body scan. Your attention will move through different parts of the body, allowing tension to release naturally. As the session deepens, you’ll enter a calm, dreamlike state between waking and sleep where the body fully rests and the mind becomes quiet and clear.
