Hosted at a Colorado Springs wine bar, this hands-on cooking experience puts you in front of the mixing bowl instead of the takeout menu. Under Chef Juwanza's guidance, you'll learn pasta-making from scratch, starting with a dough made from semolina flour, eggs and olive oil.
You'll practice kneading, shaping and preparing fresh pasta while learning techniques that build confidence in the kitchen. Then you'll transform your handmade pasta into two classic dishes.
