Fitness Level - This tour requires a moderate to advanced level of fitness to complete the walks. Expect daily walks ranging from 2-4 km, often across steep and rocky terrain, with plenty of sun and high humidity.

Your guide will adjust the pace for safety. If you're over 75, a doctor’s certificate is required, and it must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your departure.

Age Restrictions - For the younger adventurers, children aged 8-17 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times.
