We meet at 9:30 am in the Castleton Visitor Centre car park. From there, the caves we use are around a five-minute drive away. You may spot one of our Dolomite Training-branded vehicles—simply follow us for the short drive to the cave we’ve chosen for the day.

Our intermediate caving course is designed for those with some prior caving experience or seasoned adventurers seeking a higher level of challenge. This full-day course runs from 9:30 am and begins at Castleton Visitor Centre car park, where you’ll be provided with all necessary caving equipment before we head to the cave.
You’ll explore challenging sections of the cave. This will include abseiling underground and using caving ladders, offering a thrilling and hands-on experience in vertical caving. As you tackle these challenging elements, you’ll also navigate narrow squeezes and difficult crawls, refining your caving skills in more demanding terrain.
