Commander Gaetano, a fisherman for over 40 years, will be ready to let you discover the secrets of sustainable fishing with nets and pots and tell you stories like real sea wolves! We will leave from the port of Marina di Campo, in the afternoon, to go and recover the nets dropped! We will sail them together to get some good fish that we will use to prepare dinner. After lowering the nets back into the sea, we will move to a quiet cove. Gaetano will take off his fisherman's clothes and put on his chef's apron.
