Itinéraire
Your experience begins with a brief explanation on land (briefing), where your instructor will teach you the basics about scuba gear, breathing and underwater signs. All calmly, step by step, so you feel comfortable and safe before entering the sea.
Then we will put on the equipment and, from the same beach, enter the water little by little. Once inside, you will practice some simple exercises and, when you are ready, you will start the most exciting part: about 40 minutes of real diving in the Mediterranean Sea.
