Porte Sud d'Angkor Thom
Built in the late 12th century by King Jayavarman VII, this grand gate was the main entrance to Angkor Thom. It features giant stone faces and a bridge lined with gods and demons symbolizing the Churning of the Ocean of Milk.

Constructed in the late 12th century by King Jayavarman VII, Bayon is the state temple of Angkor Thom. It is famous for its smiling stone faces and bas-reliefs showing daily life and battles.

An 11th-century temple dedicated to Hindu god Shiva, later converted to Buddhism. It is a massive temple mountain and one of Angkor’s most complex restorations, offering insight into early Angkor architecture.
