Vous apprendrez des recettes simples de notre tradition, faciles à reproduire à la maison. Le cours se déroule dans ma ferme où je produis de l'huile de safran, des légumes et élève des poulets : les ingrédients utilisés sont tous très frais, dont beaucoup sont de notre propre production. Si le temps le permet, nous suivrons le cours en plein air avec vue sur les vignes et les oliviers, puis nous dégusterons nos préparations en plein air. Sinon, nous travaillerons dans notre grange. La ferme est située au sommet d'une colline, dans un havre de paix et de tranquillité, loin du bruit, des voitures et de la pollution. Sur demande, nous pouvons préparer un menu végétarien.
