Get ready for an exciting introduction to white water stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) in the stunning Peak District. After a safety briefing and a chance to get comfortable with the equipment, we’ll head onto the river to build your skills step by step.
You’ll learn how to balance, steer, and control your board on moving water – starting in calmer sections and gradually progressing to gentle rapids as your confidence grows. Whether you’ve paddleboarded before or this is your very first time, you’ll be supported throughout by an experienced and encouraging instructor.
