The day starts in the morning at 10 : 00 together with the “truffle hunter”, a Pro who, together with his inseparable Lagotto from Romagna with an exceptional nose for truffles, will take you into the woods of the property in search of the precious and fragrant truffle. You will be in direct contact with nature for about 1 hour, actively participating in the search for “black gold” and learning many things about this ancient activity that has been taking place in Tuscany for hundreds of years.
