Age Requirement: Minimum age is 12 years; participants must be comfortable swimmers. Health & Fitness: This is an adventurous experience that requires a short hike and swimming in natural rock pools. It is not recommended for pregnant travelers, those with heart conditions, or serious medical concerns. Visas: If you are coming from the Zimbabwe side, ensure you have the correct passport and visa to cross into Zambia. Clothing: Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and water shoes/sandals (optional but helpful). Quick-dry clothing is recommended for after the swim. Group Size: Maximum of 12 travelers per group for safety and personal attention. Weather: The activity operates in good weather conditions. In rare cases of unsafe river levels or storms, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded.

Itinerary
Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your Livingstone hotel or the Victoria Falls border post if you are staying in Zimbabwe. After a scenic transfer to the launch site, you’ll receive a safety briefing and be fitted with life jackets.
Board a boat to cross the calm upper channels of the Zambezi River before hiking down into the gorge. Here, you’ll carefully enter the natural rock pools beneath the Falls. Swim under the spray, float in the refreshing waters, and capture unforgettable photos with rainbows and the thundering waterfall as your backdrop.
Your guides will ensure you have time to enjoy the pools safely before returning by boat and vehicle to your hotel.
