We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled activity time to complete check-in and receive your safety briefing.

After check-in at The Beach area of La Reserva Club Sotogrande, you’ll receive your paddleboard and a brief introduction on how to balance, paddle, and turn.
Then enjoy one hour exploring the calm, wind-free lagoon at your own pace. Whether you prefer a relaxed glide or a light workout, SUP offers a peaceful and refreshing way to experience the water.
This activity is suitable for beginners and experienced paddlers alike.
