From Ulaanbaatar to Semi-Gobi is 280km. We will be on the road 3.5 hours for each way, which means we will be in the car for 7 hours total.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We can meet at south east corner of Sukhbaatar Statue.
-Semi-Gobi area we will stop at local nomadic family to see authentic Mongolian life. Hosts will give us lunch.
- Then we will arrive at the sand dunes of Elsen Tasarkhai (local name for Semi-Gobi). Where guests will ride two humped bactrian camels around the sand dunes.
- Lastly travelers will enjoy hiking and exploring different sand dunes and small desert forests in between

Kharkhorin
After Semi-Gobi we will drive to old capital of Mongolian Empire Kharakorum where guests will stay at small hotel.

Erdene Zuu Monastery
Erdene-Zuu is oldest surviving Buddhist temple in Mongolia.
Whole monastery complex was closed during 1930s Communist Purge, then made it into museum.
Around end of Communism one of the building was rededicated to being Buddhist Temple.
