Your San Blas adventure begins with either an early morning pickup in Panama City between 5:00 and 5:45 AM (if booked with transportation) or a self-drive to the port of Cartí by 8:30 AM, where only 4x4 vehicles are permitted. The port may feel busy and informal at first, but the Guna guides have all logistics handled, ensuring a smooth process. From there, enjoy a 20–40 minute boat ride to Isla Perro, which may include brief stops at other islands to pick up or drop off travelers—offering a glimpse of authentic Guna island life.

Upon arrival, check into your private room and enjoy a freshly prepared lunch. Spend the afternoon exploring the island, snorkeling (mask & snorkel can be rented on the island) the famous shipwreck just off the beach, swimming in turquoise waters, or exploring the island at your leisure.
