BLUE RIDGE WINE RETREAT — Let the wine and food experimentation begin!
DAY 1 - 2pm - Please arrive before 2pm. Classes commence at 2pm as we enjoy virtual journeys through famous wine regions and food and wine pairing lessons.
- 4pm Break - Nap time or shopping time
- 6pm - Guess the $100 Bordeaux Happy Hour.
- 7pm - Roll your sleeves up to help prep and plate for Winemakers Dinner where we'll explore wine and food in a myriad of lessons paired with a real winemaker's Dinner.
DAY 2 - 11am - Back to class everyone — Learning continues as we participate in a Vintners Table Learning Lunch, playing with 5 wines, 3 entrees, 3 cheeses, 3 desserts and 3 chocolate artisan truffles as we learn ...
