You will be escorted from your Hotel in Bikaner in a private air conditioned vehicle and taken to your local host for your cooking demonstration. The host is related to the Royal Family of Bikaner and experienced in receiving guests interested in Rajasthani cooking.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and served tea, coffee or soft beverages as you get to know your host.
Rajasthani cuisine incorporates special ingredients and spices. Your local host shares the techniques and tastes of these. You will watch and learn how to cook specialities such as Lal Mass, Chicken, Rajasthani Ker-sagri vegi, Rajasthani chapatti of Barley and others.
