Itinerary
You will be picked up from your hotel in Cochin and be driven in an air-conditioned private vehicle to Fort Kochi. Upon arrival meet your Yoga instructor. Your private yoga class will be structured around your prior yoga experience. The yoga will incorporate breathing, pranayama , sun salutation, and hatha yoga which is about the body becoming a stepping stone in one’s progress of blossoming into ultimate possibility. Your instructor imparts knowledge derived from 5,000 years of yoga practice in India, and gently guides you through poses designed to unify your soul with your consciousness. Once your yoga session finishes, you will be driven back to your hotel in Cochin.
