Upon arrival at Poás Volcano National Park, your private guide will lead you on a scenic and easy walk (300 meters / 984 feet) through a lush cloud forest trail to the main crater viewpoint. At the viewpoint, you’ll stand before one of the largest active craters in the world, often steaming with volcanic gases.
