① At S-Pulse Dream Plaza (Approx. 90–120 minutes)
Start with a visit to the Sushi Museum, which recreates Shimizu’s streets from 100 years ago. English audio guides are available, and it's a great photo spot.
Then, enjoy a maki sushi making session with a professional chef.
Finish with freshly prepared nigiri sushi using seasonal seafood.
Optional: Sake tasting (ages 20+).
