Start your day by exploring the city of Lomé quickly. This tour will give you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the places and discover the Primature (residence and workplace of the Prime Minister), the Presidential House (residence and workplace of the President), the Islamic school of Mohamed Kadhafi, the University of Lomé, the Carrefour de la Colombe de la Paix and the Carrefour de la République. (Visit without stopping).

Palais de Lomé
Continue your day with a visit to the Palace of Governors of Lomé. an iconic building that represents the historical past and heritage of the country. This historic structure served as the residence of German governors during the colonial period when Togo was under German rule.
Built in the early 20th century, the palace features a mix of architectural styles reflecting both European influences and local know-how.

Monument de l'Independance
Head to Independence Square where you will have a detailed explanation of the symbols of the monument during your visit, we will also tell you the story of Togo during its fight for independence.

Next stop: Togo National Museum to better understand through its art objects all the history and origins of the country today.

These great ladies who, through their stories of success, competition and black magic, represent part of the economic heart of an entire country. Wander the bustling market streets towards the Sacré-Cœur Cathedral of Lomé.

Next destination: Lomé Cathedral; it is reminiscent of European churches, in particular the chapel of Sainte Marie in Wurzburg by its colors and, from an architectural point of view, the church of Steyl in the Netherlands. Be amazed by the beauty of Gothic art in a young country, an architectural masterpiece, a superb organ inside.

Hard to miss this large house full of life, decorated with colorful frescoes and bright mosaics. This is where Jean Koumy lives, a talented and warm Belgian-Togolese artist, who has transformed his home into a true work of art.
As soon as you pass the gate, you are greeted by a peaceful and artistic garden, a little corner of paradise where nature and art coexist in perfect harmony. Jean is often there to greet visitors with a smile – he loves sharing his world.
Inside, every nook and cranny exudes joy and creativity: hearts, birds, flowers, cheerful characters dress walls, furniture, even closets. It’s an explosion of color and good humor!
