Bath
Departing at 9am from your hotel in Bath or the surrounding area.
5 minutes
2
Castle Combe Village
Start off visiting the fairy-tale village of Castle Combe. Undoubtedly the jewel in the crown of the southern Cotswolds.
30 minutes
3
Tetbury
Continue on to Tetbury. It is the home of King Charles III and Camilla, Queen Consort of the United Kingdom. Tetbury was an important market for Cotswold wool and yarn during the Middle Ages. Today, it is better associated with boutique shops, great food, and its Royal Connections.
1 hour
4
Bibury
We then head up to the central Cotswolds, to the iconic Arlington Row in Bibury. With its crystal clear waters and wonderful old Cotswold cottages.
30 minutes
5
Bourton on the Water Visitor Information Centre
Our next stop is arguably the most famous Cotswolds town and regularly voted one of the prettiest villages in England; Bourton-on-the-Water. Known as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ there is plenty to see and do with a wealth of attractions, shops, restaurants and tea rooms.
40 minutes
6
Lower Slaughter Museum
Finishing off at England’s most romantic village - Lower Slaughter. Without a doubt one of the most picturesque villages in the whole of the Cotswolds. We walk along its bubbling brook to an ancient flour mill as the sun gradually goes down. When the sun is low and it catches the honey coloured limestone buildings, it is a sight to behold.
30 minutes
7
Stow-on-the-Wold Market Square
We drive north to our final stop Stow-on-the-Wold, the highest town in the Cotswolds. Here you’ll have time to browse among honey-coloured buildings, cosy pubs, narrow streets, interesting shops and tiny tea rooms.
