This class is geared to beginners of all ages and is fun, friendly class lead by our highly experienced instructors is welcoming to everyone, visitors and kama 'aina and all ages. Classes at Wonderful World of Aloha also include complimentary entrance to our unique "Migrations" galleries that present the story of the centuries of migrations to Hawai'i through dance costumes, implements and instruments.

PolyFit® is a great all-ages experience and a awesome bonding activity. You'll learn some basic steps of Hula;, Samoan and Tahitian dance while breaking a sweat and working your core in this AFAA accredited dance fitness. No experience necessary.
