PARK AT RAILROAD DEPOT MUESUEM FOR 9:30AM PICK-UP - Our Legendary Tour of Pancho Villa's Border Crossing will transport you back to the original sites of the infamous raid on the Village of Columbus, NM.
America's first 9/11 happened at approx 4:12 a.m. March 9th, 1916 when 600+ "Villaistas" raided Columbus Army's Camp. 8 soldiers, 10 civilians and 200+ villaistas were killed.
TOUR - Starting at the Cemetery to see the grave sites of the fallen soldiers and civilians from that explosive morning in and around the village and Camp Furlong military base.
See the planes, tanks, and all the historical artifacts and fort ruins at the State Park or Museum.

Valley Heights Cemetery - Tour begins at the victims grave sites of civilians killed in the raid.

Village Walking Tour features a walk through the historical locations still present throughout the small downtown of the Village of Columbus. Note: Our driving tour makes stops at the significant historical sites.

The Historical Railroad Depot Museum managed by The Columbus Historical Society located across the street from Pancho Villa State Park.
Admission is free. A small donation box is available inside to contribute to their cause.

Pancho Villa State Park
At the completion of our guided tour, your party will be released to visit the Pancho Villa State Park and Museum. Site of the U.S. Camp Furlong army base in operation at the time of the raid.
Enjoy this state funded air conditioned museum hosted by park rangers and "Friends of the Park" to answer all your questions.
The museum features a life size replica of the Jenny Aeroplane used in the pursuit of Pancho Villa. Also enjoy a drive or stroll through the camp grounds which are loaded with the old buildings and footprints of what once was.
A $10 per vehicle fee (not per person) is charged.
