Itinerary
Although my recipe book is extensive, I have a predilection for paellas and Arabic flavours, they are my star recipes! I will prepare appetizers based on Iberian ham and local olives, followed by a refreshing salad of avocado, tomato and red onion. For the main course, a magnificent Valencian Paella of chicken, red peppers and green beans. We will finish with a refreshing leche de almendras, a custard-like dessert made from almond milk. My house is very spacious and bright and located in the centre of Granada.
