Itinerary
We will visit the San Agustin Center of Arts CASA, that was founded by the Master Francisco Toledo, will go to see the old hand made paper factory and after that will cook the corn and explain everything about the NIXTAMAL, will go to the Molino and after that will prepare tortillas, memelas, quesadillas, empanadas, tetelas and tlayudas, also we will made a sauce and enjoy everything whit some mezcales. Im pretty sure that if you like to enjoy your food, this will be a pleasure for you! Dont miss it! Come and enjoy it whit us!
