Not only learning how to make ramen and gyoza, learn also about ingredients and Umami. We don’t make ramen noodles, gyoza wrappers and Char-Siu Pork from scratch because they take a lot more time than the class time, but the host make them with love in advance. They will be marinated with mixed soy sauce more than one day. The highlights of this class are learning about umami from making dashi broth, and making your gyoza crispier. First of all in a class, we start making ramen broth since it takes time to get full of flavorful umami soup. Then let’s move to gyoza by cutting veggies.
