We'll start at the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Gymnasium, where you'll join an Aikido class led by a local expert. Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art that focuses on harmony, balance, and self-defense. The session is beginner-friendly - no experience needed, just a willingness to learn!
