This sushi-making experience is taught by a master sushi chef with 38 years of experience, who specializes in fish from Nagasaki Prefecture. You will make 5 pieces of Nigiri Sushi, 1 Gunkan Maki, and 1 Maki Sushi roll. You will also taste 2 pieces of sushi made by the chef as examples, allowing you to compare them with the sushi you made yourself. An English interpreter will be present throughout the experience to assist you with any questions or concerns.
