Itinerary
This activity is a unique opportunity to not only learn about Korean traditional alcohol but also to brew your own makgeolli! We will provide all the ingredients and instructions. You will make makgeolli during the class and take home a container to continue brewing at home. After one week you will have your own craft makgeolli to enjoy at home with friends and family (if you are traveling we will give you a bottle of pre-made makgeolli)! The class will also include an overview about Korean traditional alcohol and how they are made (makgeolli, takju, yakju, soju), as well as a tasting of different Korean alcohols.
