Ciao!!! We will introduce each other and you will be given a white apron and be assigned to a working station. Let's start!!! First of all you will make the original Bolognese sauce following Italian grandmothers' recipe. You will peel and chop the vegetables, season the mince meat, prepare the tomato sauce and cook all together under the Chef instructions. While the sauce is simmering in the the frying-pan you will start "getting dirty" and make the dough with flours and eggs. Once the dough is ready we will stretch and cut it so as to create our Tagliatelle. After that we will place the pasta on a wooden board and put the water to boil to cook our pasta.
