You will be starting your tour at 8:00 am from the pier at the Lake of Tissamaharama. You will be provided with the traditional bamboo rods and a local fisherman will accompany you to guide you to the best spots and provide assistance if required. You will be taking a canoe out onto the water.
You will be able to fish mainly for Tilapia species in the reservoir, since it seems to be predominant.In addition to fishing you can also enjoy the amazing views of the surrounding landscape, you can watch birds and the other wildlife such as elephants, monkeys that visit the reservoir.
