Once your bamboo is ready, you’ll walk to a nearby family-run organic garden surrounded by fruit trees and herbs. Guided by locals, you’ll harvest fresh ingredients by hand—lemongrass, forest greens, and seasonal vegetables—ensuring every meal is unique to that day’s harvest.
