These gentle exercises invite you to open your senses, cultivate a feeling of calm and refreshment, and practice being fully present in the moment. Some invitations focus on noticing and kindly accepting your own thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations.
I will meet you before the white bridge in Seurasaari, (you will see the bridge when you get off from the bus).
