Originally erected by salmon fishermen in 1755, this exhilarating rope bridge suspended 30 meters above the Atlantic connects the mainland to the tiny island of Carrick-a-Rede. The site offers stunning views of the rugged coastline and served as a key filming location for Renly Baratheon's camp in Game of Thrones. Ballintoy Harbour is a charming 18th-century stone port that gained global fame as the rugged filming location for the Iron Islands in Game of Thrones. Nestled at the base of a steep, winding road, its ancient lime kilns and jagged rock formations offer one of the most atmospheric and timeless views on the North Coast.

This viewing observation provides a great view of the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and Rathlin Island.

Planted in the 18th century to impress visitors approaching Gracehill House, this hauntingly beautiful avenue of gnarled beech trees is one of the most photographed natural phenomena in Northern Ireland. It achieved worldwide fame as the "Kingsroad" in Game of Thrones, where the interlocking branches create a cinematic, atmospheric tunnel that feels frozen in time.

Formed nearly 60 million years ago by cooling lava, this UNESCO World Heritage site features 40,000 interlocking basalt columns that legend claims were built by the giant Finn McCool. While not a direct filming location, its otherworldly geometry perfectly captures the "Giant's Land" atmosphere that defines the rugged, mythic landscape of the Game of Thrones territory.

Perched on a 13th-century basalt cliff, this dramatic medieval ruin served as the inspiration for the House of Greyjoy’s Pyke in Game of Thrones. It offers a breathtaking glimpse into 800 years of history, from clan warfare to the legendary collapse of its kitchen into the sea.
